Human Resources Executive
- Handling recruitment including job posting, shortlist candidate, candidate selection, scheduling interview, job offer, on boarding.
- Generate report on Recruitment Cost.
- Update the manpower requisition status in weekly basis.
- Study manpower trend including resignation rate and reason. Understand the resignation reason and propose idea for employee engagement.
- In charge of Performance Management System. Improve on the PMS and identify potential employee for succession planning.
- Collecting data on employee satisfaction, absenteeism, resignation, leave pattern and generate report.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
- Strong HR background including strong knowledge in labour law.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in recruitment field.
- Full time vacancy in Taiping, Perak.
