Human Resources Executive


Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling recruitment including job posting, shortlist candidate, candidate selection, scheduling interview, job offer, on boarding.
  • Generate report on Recruitment Cost.
  • Update the manpower requisition status in weekly basis.
  • Study manpower trend including resignation rate and reason. Understand the resignation reason and propose idea for employee engagement.
  • In charge of Performance Management System. Improve on the PMS and identify potential employee for succession planning.
  • Collecting data on employee satisfaction, absenteeism, resignation, leave pattern and generate report.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources.
  • Strong HR background including strong knowledge in labour law.
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in recruitment field.
  • Full time vacancy in Taiping, Perak.
