The Water Facts


Of all the water on the Earth, humans can use only about three tenths of a percent of this water. Such usable water is found in groundwater aquifers, rivers and freshwater lakes.

Extra 300ml per day

Pregnancy women are encouraged to drink more water to help prevent constipation. The EFSA Dietary Reference Values recommend an extra 300ml per day during pregnancy and an extra 700ml during lactation.
