The important discovery of this research is the significance of Silicon in bone formation through the synthesis of collagen. The interaction of oestrogen with Silicon is also necessary for bone health.
In this study, the participants consumed an average of 23 mg
Si per day to benefit bone health. This is another confirmation of a previous dosage large epidemiological study, the US Framingham study that showed dietary Si at 24 mg/per day increased Bone Mineral Density.

This is indeed good news for Spritzer Natural Mineral Water consumers with a Si of 30 mg per litre as tested by two UK prestigious universities, University of London and Keele Univesity.

Hence, daily consumption of one litre of Spritzer Natural Mineral Water will provide enough Si to benefit your bones, collagen, skin, hair, nails and even blood vessels. As we have also emphasized Silicon is very efficient in removing Aluminium from your body. Aluminium is a neurotoxin and is suspected of causing Alzheimers’ Disease. Apart from these benefits, you are satisfying your body thirst with the best, highest quality water. So drink up with SPRITZER NATURAL MINERAL WATER – 100% PURE , 100% NATURAL, ZERO CALORIE, ZERO SALT, ZERO ADDITIVES.
